Partner responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, maintain your apps and themes, disclose permissions, pricing and privacy practices, and provide support. Respect client ownership and granted permissions. Applications and individual products require separate Venduli reviews. Venduli may suspend access or withdraw listings that do not meet these requirements.

Earnings and payouts

Earnings are held for 30 days. Eligible balances of at least $25 USD are released on the 21st of each month using New York time. Smaller balances carry forward. Stripe verification and accepted current commission terms are required. Commission percentages and earning duration are disclosed separately; account creation does not activate unspecified rates. Refunds and disputes reduce earnings and may offset future payouts.

Theme refund policy

A theme refund request is eligible only when the theme materially differs from its advertised description and the request is made within 30 days of purchase. Change-of-mind requests are excluded. Requests after 30 days are outside this policy. Valid disputes are reviewed against the description and version shown when purchased.

Marketplace listings are currently a directory. These purchase terms must be attached to checkout when package purchasing is enabled. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, are unaffected.

Distribution referrals

Promote Venduli with accurate offer details and disclose your referral relationship. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or imply an endorsement without permission. Campaign links use a 30-day first-referral attribution window; only a customer’s first store qualifies. Pausing a campaign stops new visits while preserving existing attribution. Referrals recorded before enabled commission terms are accepted do not earn commissions retroactively. Distribution participation grants no access to referred stores.

Client access

Clients retain store ownership, select agency permissions, and may revoke access. Never request client passwords. Development stores cannot accept live payments.
