Using Venduli
Venduli is operated by ARA Management Group and provides tools to create and manage online stores. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully.
Your store and customers
Merchants are responsible for their products, content, pricing, fulfillment, customer service and compliance with applicable requirements. Each merchant operates its own store. Venduli does not become the seller of a merchant’s products.
Fees and connected services
Applicable subscription, payment and shipping charges are presented in the relevant checkout or settings. Third-party services may have their own terms. Do not use another person’s carrier, payment or integration account without authorization.
Privacy and communications
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By continuing through account authentication, you agree to receive marketing emails from Venduli. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Essential account and security communications may still be sent.
Access and termination
Access may be restricted for misuse or security concerns. To request account closure, data access or deletion, use our request form. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
